                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 903
                   CRAVENS TERRACE, BEING ON THE SOUTHWEST LINE OF
                   CRAVENS TERRACE NORTHWEST OF SOUTH SCENIC
                   HIGHWAY, FROM TEMPORARY R-1 TO R-1 RESIDENTIAL
                   ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
        
                A tract of land located at 903 Cravens Terrace,
                being on the southwest line of Cravens Terrace
                northwest of South Scenic Highway.  Part of lot 2,
                Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Property of Fred Wallace, as
                shown by plat of record in deed book U, Volume 28,
                page 422, ROHC; being the Mrs. E. R. Theobold
                annexation area as described in Chattanooga City
                Ordinance No. 10272.  Tax Map No. 155I-B-14.
               
         from Temporary R-1 Residential Zone to R-1 Residential Zone.

              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
